Add signature or image to PDF
Drag a signature, logo or image onto a PDF page, resize it and download — a quick, private way to sign or stamp a document.
Add a signature, logo or image to a PDF — drag it into place, all in your browser
How to use
Drop in a PDF, then upload a signature, logo or any image. It appears on the page preview where you can drag it exactly where you want and resize it with the slider. Move between pages to place it on the right one.
When it's positioned, click apply to embed the image and download the updated PDF. It's a fast, private way to sign a contract, add a company logo, or stamp an approval without printing and scanning.
For signatures, upload a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result. Everything happens in your browser — your document and image are never uploaded.
Examples
Upload a photo or PNG of your signature, drag it onto the signature line and download the signed PDF.
Place your company logo in the corner of every cover page.
Drop an 'Approved' image onto a document before sending it on.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
It adds a visual signature image to the PDF. That's fine for many everyday uses, but it doesn't apply a cryptographic digital signature, which some legal contexts require.
Which image formats work?
PNG and JPG. For signatures, a PNG with a transparent background looks best because the page shows through around your signature.
Can I place it on a specific page?
Yes. Navigate to the page you want in the preview, then drag the image into position — it's applied to that page.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF and image are processed entirely in your browser, so nothing leaves your device.
